Return/Refund Policy

Be sure to read the Return/Refund Policy before you return any purchases. If you decide to return the purchase for exchange or refund you have 21 days from the date you received your order to do so.  Follow the steps below: 

1.  Reply to your order confirmation email from info@swankyscarves.com.

2.  Give the product name (and SKU number, if it is available) that you wish to return.

3.  State reason for return and whether you would like an exchange, store credit or refund. 

4.  Confirm that you have read and agree with our Return Policy. 

5.  Swanky Scarves will email you the shipping address for the return item. 

Receiving a Refund: 

You can choose to receive your refund either as store credit to your Swanky Scarves account or back to the original payment method. 

For purchases within the USA, sales taxes will be refunded.  

Outside the US and Canada, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Swanky Scarves. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau or by hiring a customs broker. 

Please note that refunds may take up to 15-20 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. 

Our Policy: 

Our items are inspected before shipping to our customers. 

All items must be returned new, unused and with all tags and labels attached within 21 days of receipt. 

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
